Hello,
I have certain doubts with regard to xml namespaces

The reference to the website as is provide in a declaration like
xmlns:test="http://www.test.org"

Here its not necessart for the referred site to be a valid one. So checks are
performed.
Are there provisions for future versions of xml to verify the validity of the
specified site.

The same point also applies to XBRL schemalocation declaration. The reference
to the schema in the instance document is not checked for validity. In that case
how is the taxonomy verified. Is it the duty and responsibility of the developer
to maintain the set standards as per the taxonomy and its extensions, if any.
Will there be provisions for verifications of element types from the schema
documents in future developments of XBRL
