   BizTalk: Overloading Semantics

A problem with BizTalk marketing is the
term business is used just as generically
as the term "document" is used in XML and
in conversation, with the same unfortunate
results.

There are application users who are
not "in business" and messages that
barely qualify as "documents". So
while we all know what we think we
mean, what we say just doesn't resonate
with what the customer means.

Gack. So we are back to enterprise
engineering for processes within and
among organizational boundaries...
Anyone have a sexier description without
invoking images of money changing hosts?
