Oracle corp appears to have such a parser in C++ and C as well as in Java.
Look under technologies at technet.oracle.com. XSV is a validator written in
Python that supports the most current spec.
The current version of Xerces/J (1.2.1) supports only an older (Apr 7)
version of XML Schemas, that I can see. I don't believe that Microsoft has
ever made this claim for MSXML 3.0, it currently supports XDR schemas.
Among editor/validators both TIBCO and XmlSpy claim support for the latest
spec.
See http://www.w3.org/XML/Schema for details.
Hope this helps,

Subject: Schema validation under for C++ Parsers
Can anyone tell me if there is a C++ parser that can validate the most
recent version of XML schemas?
The Java version of Xerces has this feature, but not the C++ version.
I recently downloaded the Microsoft XML parser Version 3, which claims to
have this feature, but I have not tested it fully.
Any insight into this is greatly appreciated.
