It is probably a mistake to name the process of
change inside any component participating in that
process.
Gad. So much experience and the web still doesn't
"get it". Identity does not equal name. Berners Lee
blew it. Identity equals system of identification.

It's probably a mistake to imagine that there is exactly one schema
for any given namespace name.
