what's a good conference this fall?

Hi!

I hope no one would mind if I asked for a recommendation about conferences
this fall. The two I'm thinking about in particular are the DevCon in San
Jose and the GCA Conference over in Orlando?

DevCon looks like it's on the cutting edge of the xml database hype. GCA
looks like it'll smell of big money and graphic artists.

I'm leaning towards San Jose because of the flavor of db, but I'm a newbie
to XML, so I'd like to hear a little of the word of experience.
