The question[1] was not ridiculous ( at least I didn't think so... ). It was
*trying* to point out that local scoping occurs even when you don't use
unqualified elements!
My point is that local scoping gets used anyway. It's confusing *to me* when
I see two elements that *are* namespace qualified and yet have different
meaning.
