Have a look at http://www.xmlsoftware.com (for I don't know which reason it
seems to be unavalaible these days) or http://www.xml.com/pub/pt/3or.

For free tools only have a lok at

             I am looking for an XML editor which when provided with a dtd 
could guide us to build the xml file properly, are there any such editor on 
net and do they have any tutorial or api about how to use it. and if so 
could you guys please mail me the address.
