The values you want are not coming out because $questid is only recognised
as a variable when used in an expression.
Try this instead:
<xsl:attribute name="onclick">
<xsl:value-of select="'enableQuestion('"/>
<xsl:value-of select="$questid"/>
<xsl:value-of select="','"/>
<xsl:value-of select="$questdepend"/>
<xsl:value-of select="','"/>
<xsl:value-of select="$ansdepend"/>
<xsl:value-of select="')'"/>
</xsl:attribute>

<xsl:attribute name="onclick">enableQuestion
($questid,$questdepend,$ansdepend)</xsl:attribute>
...but the variable names are coming as it is like enableQuestion
($questid,$questdepend,$ansdepend) when i am transforming the xsl.
Can some body tell me how do i read the xml values as function
parameters...
Thanx,
Sweta
