I'm using 1.4 and changed to '2001/XML' but still get 'message' must be
declared.

Also I had to comment out 

parser.setFeature(
"http://apache.org/xml/features/validation/schema-full-checking", false);

because I got 

org.xml.sax.SAXNotRecognisedException:
http://apache.org/xml/features/validation/schema-full-checking

error message.  Do I need this feature for it to work?
