Hello all,
Heres my attempt, good or bad:
I'm new at this XML Stuff,
But from reading this list it seems tough,
I'm trying to keep an open mind,
even though you all seem in a bind,
about which and how many standards will be enough,
There once was a saying I do say,
That "standards" should be used only to give way,
to consistency and normality,
to provide all with some kind of design formality,
and not to adopt too many and be led astray,
I was "keep it simple stupid programmer" taught ,
So please remember to keep me in thought,
when decisions are made,
and the original XML intentions appear to fade,
from the simple organization schema that was sought,
Lets then remember the reason and facts
to watch how we use SOAP, DTD's, and SAX
remembering to keep XML simple and true,
for what it was originally developed to do,
allowing all of us developers to enjoy our work and relax
Jasen
