It depends on the gypsy you ask and then, it is zero-sum test 
of her reliability.  You only get one shot.

Fine.  You add value by supplying a certifiably highly refined form 
of silver needed by the Werewolf Buster industry, and go to great 
pains to ensure that it is not available to various dark forces that 
would hinder their good work.  Your guild has every reason to specify 
strict conformance and security standards.  But You'll kill a lot 
more werewolves if you can get your raw material from the 
silversmiths in the town market rather than having to mine it 
yourself.
