I should have qualified it - apart from Xerces J.
Xerces Java 2 doesn't fully support the dom level 3 AS & LS spec at the
moment. No plans "yet" to support it as well going forward per some
members of xerces-dev list.

Check Xerces 2 [1] (which is currently in beta). I believe they have
that,
though I'm not sure.
