A.3 of the namespace spec also uses the term *expanded form* along with
*expanded element type* and *expanded attribute type* in an attempt to
explain the relationship between a local part and a namespace name in
different contexts. See http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml-names/#ns-expnames.

Yes, that works. The definition fits very closely, it appears in an
official document, and the connection between the name and what it
signifies is pretty logical.

Not as logical as exanded name, but if it had been in official use I
think I would have accepted it. I prefer expanded name, though.
