Title: Restriction of MIXED
Hi
John,
If you want the
restricted type to be mixed, you have to explicitly use mixed="true" on the
restricted type as well (the quality of being mixed is not inherited.) If
you don't want the restricted type to allow mixed content, you can specify
mixed="false" or not use the mixed attribute at all, since it defaults to
false.
Hope that
helps,
Priscilla

Any thoughts?
Conceptually, it would seem fair enough to create a
restriction where mixed='false'.
If I define a complexType as having mixed content,
what is the value of "mixed" on a complexType which restricts it? Do I have to
explicitly include the mixed attribute and can it differ from it's base
type?
Thanks,
John
