   NEXTWARE Spring 2002 brochure available for download

NEXTWARE Spring 2002 is a conference about next-generation software with a
focus on XML and Web services. The conference program covers core XML,
e-business, enterprise application integration, database integration, SOAP
and Web services technologies, ebXML, UDDI, market issues and early-adopter
experiences. The program includes five tracks with technical content and two
tracks for decisionmakers.

The NEXTWARE faculty includes authors, key participants in the World Wide
Web Consortium, and innovators from IBM, Microsoft, Sun, Oracle,
Hewlett-Packard, BEA, Cape Clear, EDS, IONA, Sonic Software, XML Global and
other organizations. The conference includes 98 sessions from May 21-23 and
these pre-conference tutorials on May 20:

- Building .NET Web Services by Aaron Skonnard (DevelopMentor)
- Document Analysis and Markup Design by Tommie Usdin (Mulberry

- Essential XML by Tim McAllister (Object Answers)
- Thin Clients, Fat Databases, and Web Services by Ken North (Ken North
- UDDI Workshop by Karsten Januszewski (Microsoft) and Andrew Hately (IBM)
- Using Java with UML by Gregg Schottland (Embarcadero)
- XML Query Tutorial by Daniela Florescu (BEA) and Howard Katz (Fatdog

You can register separately for tutorial day, for the entire conference, or
for a special price Fundamentals package (tutorial day plus 4 conference
sessions). NEXTWARE will run concurrently with SERVICE NETWORKS 2002 and
CONNECTED HOME 2002 at the Baltimore Convention Center from May 20-23. The
