True statement, Daniel.

How much trust can I afford?  How much can I not afford?
There are reasons for VPNs and the use of non-COTS technology. 

Web services has a problem, a very big problem and Daniel 
is pointing directly at it:  the buggedness of the means.

Ok, Microsoft.  You have the dominant browser.  One of 
your competitors just stepped into the poop.  What say 
you about the buggedness or buggability of IE?  What 
about the rest of the framework?

BTW: This topic started showing up in CALS discussions 
about the same time as HTML browsers, so someone somewhere 
has had to explain it away before.
