Porn is a predictable event in media if one
observes human history. We make porn almost
first everytime we build a media. That has
been noted in media design meetings I've been
to as long as I've been going.
People like sex. That's simple.
There isn't a markup, but there is a vocabulary
and it drifts fast. An episode of The Simpsons
a week ago that was retelling classical tales
made me slide out of my chair to my children's
amazement when the neighbor in the role of
Paris proclaimed from the wall of Troy on
receiving Homer's wooden horse, "Just think!
In the future when people get wood, they'll
think Trojans."
Some kinds of expression don't need markup.

But will the porn sites classify themselves as Sales (enter your credit card
nr to view more), Interactive (virtual intercourse I guess), Multimedia
(flesh, not flash), Links to information (more dirty sites), Personal ("our
models"), or "Information", especially if they throw everything on the same
page ? You know, porn is always the litmus test of technology, so much so
that I'm surprised we never saw any PornML vocabulary until now - at least
Google doesn't find it. Now that's a business idea.
