Where exactly does it state that? I must say that if that is indeed
the goal, then it is doomed to failure. RDBMS, OO, and XML are three
very different models and I don't think you can usefully combine
them. Yes, you can sort of force them to fit with all sorts of nasty
hacks; but it's really a case of pounding square pegs into round
holes. The results won't be pretty or strong.
