The trick would be to see just how to specify those restrictions.
RNG is basically about expressing what is allowed, not what is forbidden,
although restrictions like "element/attribute not allowed" can be
expressed by name exceptions, and simple type restrictions by
data exceptions, I don't see how to restrict things like
frequency of occurrence easily.
I have proposed the return of concur, as well as WXS-style
min/max quantification, for RNG 2.0.
