No. If  you're assuming tool use, which you have done for Joe/Jane Website, 
the argument may go away.

However, there's substantial evidence that a large segment of Joe/Jane 
Website do NOT use tools, therefore the arguments are completely relevant.

Remember, Joe/Jane Website, even when not a tool user, does not EQ 
"Programmer/Computer Scientist". Don't force them to become one to be able 
to continue doing what they're doing.
