I think people are more likely to link to something if they're happy
with it and using it on a daily basis, than if they tossed it out
after realizing it was crap. The cream should rise to the top of the
rankings. Not perfect by any means, but the best that's been done so
far. eBay works but only for eBay buyers and sellers, not for the
broader world.
