Fair enough, but after all, he wanted to be laughed at, it was his highest aspiration to be laughed at. Bozo may or may not have been a (comic) genius, but he must at least have been good at his job, assuming that he did/does actually exist.
We have just had an email from a user, asking for a code list to be supplied in a format "suitable for use on a computer system, as your web site only supplies it as XML." Now that IS genius.
