Lucid'i.t. is proud to announce the availability of Lucid XML Toolkit 1.0, the latest release of it’s XML toolbox.
XML
has become the universal language to represent structured data. Information
systems nowdays have to support this technology, by reading, validating and
writting XML documents. Thanks to Lucid’i.t. XML Toolkit, developpers will reach
new performance and will be provided with a new flexible tool meeting standards
and recommandations applied for XML application developments in
Java.
About
Lucid XML ToolkitTM
1.0
Developped
in Java, Lucid XML Toolkit offers a wide range of low and high level functions
with specific features:
•
SAX
1, SAX 2, DOM Level 1 and 2, JAXP parsers;
•
document
validation during processing;
•
DOM
tree validation made easier;
•
XML
namespace and schema support (XSchema) ;
•
insertable
element prediction made easier according to the DTD or the
context.
Based
on an XML parser, Lucid XML Toolkit fully meets current standards and
recommendations. It also offers better performance than top-range Java parsers
already available on the market: parsing time reduced by 20% for XML documents,
by 15 to 90% for SAX and DOM parsers (with JAXP or not and according to
parameters).
The
Personal Edition is available with all the basic functions, with no limitation
of use in a noncommercial
context.
Professional and Enterprise Editions offer advanced functions such as
XMLdocuments comparison (XML Diff).
