xml parser 4.0 error

i was using this
set source = Server.CreateObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM")
and was working fine for transform
but when is makeobject using this
Set oXML= Server.CreateObject("MSXML.DOMDocument.4.0")

 

i get an error
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
