No, Water is not related to Waterken (other
than both use the capability security model).
 
Here's a graphic showing the ancestory. (not mine)
 
I'm just saying that Water _could_ potentially
be used for building secure systems.

Now I'm totally confused. If Water is OO capability-secure then does
that imply some relationship to _Waterken_?
