Hah. You wish. No, a time stamp doesn't come close to resolving URI
ambiguity.
We'll all keep putting a lot of unnecessary work into confusing ourselves
until we learn to live with URI ambiguity and inconsistency, as we live with
ambiguity in words. Sure, we'd still be confused, but at least we wouldn't be
wasting so much energy in the process.
