You have a relative path in your schema location 'trywritetxt1_app1.xsd'
but you're using an online validator. The validator isn't going to
automatically fetch arbitrary files from your hard drive. If you want to
use the online validator then you should put the imported schema files
on the WWW, so you can reference them using HTTP URIs such as
http://www.example.com/trywritetxt1_app1.xsd.
PS: XMLSCHEMA_DEV@w3.org is probably a better place to ask XSD related
questions.
