Nyet, I didn't say that. I said the vendors of
open source need to be aware of the problem.
My guess is, your insurance provider indemnifies
you against a range of damages. Read the fine print
because it probably doesn't include what goes on
here. :-)

So who is going to indemnify me? I thought Len said this problem is
limited to open source business models.
