  Since there are only so many binary infosets vendors, and I work for one, I
can only feel directly attacked here. You make serious accusations, show your
proofs or admit to be spreading FUD.

I wondered why Elliotte was reticent in responding to your points. His Web site indicates he is on holiday until 11th August with the bliss of no Internet access for much/all of that period.
