Jonathan,

I am creating an XML hierarchy as the ultimate result.  I am using the
data contained in the result set to produce an XML hierarchy, which I
have defined.

Is the XML that you create structurally the same as the result set, or
are 
you creating some kind of XML hierarchy as the ultimate result?
