If I may presume to offer a reader recommendation based on the first three
chapters, this seems quite a good book (at least so far). I may be somewhat
biased, I enjoyed Michael Kay's chapter so much I am prepared to forgive the
rest of the book most anything, but I am quite looking forward to the formal
semantics and, oh yeah, all that database stuff. ;-}
