Learn how to descripe/write identification for your web resources
in fifteen minutes is something that sematic web needs to become reality.
Maybe some upcoming RDF tools will make that possible, html needed
wysiwyg editors for popularity - html is human readable though -
not sure about RDF/XML, triples are somewhat, graphs too.
