It makes it a lot easier to link to other people's anchors if you can see
them!
See http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2002Apr/0006.html for a
JavaScript/DOM hack that rewrites the current document to show anchors.
(If you haven't encountered Bookmarklets before, just remember to put it all
on one line.)
