XML Schema Second Edition Proposed Edited Recommendation out

W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of XML Schema 2nd Edition,
composed of "XML Schema Part 0: Primer", "XML Schema Part 1:
Structures" and "XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes", to Proposed Edited
Recommendation.
