Given 'namespace' being a fairly consistent concept across various arenas, perhaps the folks as SourceForge might be receptive to establishing some namespace guidelines for projects within their domain. In this case, one might be able to write something like:

	SourceForge.OpenSax.SaxReader sr = new SourceForge.OpenSax.Reader();

or:

	SourceForge.DotNetSax.SaxReader sr = new SourceForge.DotNetSax.Reader();

I would like to add that the MS guidelines seem to be useful
mostly for commercial applications, but not for anything that
might conceptually fit in the .NET framework itself.

Seems there is corporate philosophy at work.
