So be fair. Hold them in India.
Let's see what clout the W3C has left as US software
company support peels away because the Americans
are increasingly reluctant to fly OCONUS, and CNET
has informed us that standards are irrelevant
compared to open specifications (you get to keep
the IP, sell books, and no one can claim you
are keeping them out of the market - just the
committee).

Agreed, although we've had meetings in France for example... and
one coming up in Australia... so not all inthe US,but, for
that Working Group, yes, mostly in the US :-(
