1) That's a warning, not an error;
2) It's described in the XSV home page [1];
3) I _think_ you are using an out-of-date version of XSV -- compare
your version number to that reported on the home-page.
4) This topic is probably better addressed on xmlschema-dev@w3.org, or
in private email to me.
