Dennis,
As of one year ago, I understood that this was going to be changed
within ebMS 3.0 - but I do not have any more current information. Best
bet is to send your message to the ebXML-dev list, or send a comment to
the ebMS TC from their TC page (there is a "Send a Comment" button).
