I have a suggestion ...

I am assuming, you wish to do XML validation at a
single point ..

You could define the meaning of each XML chunk (you
may do this by defining the XML Schema for each
chunk); and then designate a serial no to each
fragment (you may put the serial no in the XML
document itself; either as a child element to document
element, or as an attribute to the document element)

When the XML chunks arrive, you need to find the right
schema for validating this chunk .. I suggest, you may
implement the "finding the right schema" process as a
custom code .. I am not sure, but you may use XSLT for
this ..
