http://www.w3.org/Icons/XGR suggests that's not "formerly" and the X
stands for "We can't use I because IGs already exist and X is cool".
In http://www.w3.org/2004/Talks/0303-sb-techplenary/slide9-0.html the
"Aggressive schedule" makes me smile though...
