what kind of fraud on voting machines are your discussing?
Seems to me the important thing is to acknowledge that voting machines in
the hands of politicans are always fraud prone.
That said, what are the proper anti-fraud procedures and how should they
be implemented.
This raises the question of
a. the different kinds of voter machines in service, and
b. where the different ones are, and
c. how fraud can be timely detected on each type, and
d. how should that detection be translated into proper audit procedures?
e. who will audit them?
