I don't know about a simple list, but you can download the Unicode character
database from here:
http://www.unicode.org/ucd/
It contains lines like this:
0030;DIGIT ZERO;Nd;0;EN;;0;0;0;N;;;;;
and if the third field is "Nd", then the character matches \d.
