See slide 12.  I realize you mean a "CML client" but this is a good idea
too.

XML is on the visible web.  Some won't look.

It's a pity really, because as is often the case, change and innovation
are coming from the edges of the network, and HTML is now the Gorgon in
the center.

CML is not a toy. 

What we do not have is a stable environment to put them in. We cannot
rely on the browsers to provide the environment.
