I started a set of tokenization/syntax tests for RNC. I am not sure if 
this is at all helpful-- and it is woefully incomplete (I have been 
meaning to get to that for two years now...). Nevertheless:

The idea was that this, with an effective conversion test suite could 
later be combined with any existing RELAXNG suite to yield reasonable 
coverage for an RNC parser.
