Clarity and transparency:  that is a big sea change and it will take some
organizations a long time to acquire those traits.  On the other hand, I
suspect some of them will learn or die.  Natural selection weeds out the
selfish clusters that can't communicate effectively.

Take a look at HP.  The author of the book, "Wicked" is right:  secrecy is
the essence of evil.
