RE: [xml-dev] modelling the business rule "at least one of the elements"

Have a look at the BS7666 address schema at
http://www.govtalk.gov.uk/schemasstandards/schemalibrary_schema.asp?schemaid
=244. At one point, this requires at least one of Town, Locality and
AdministrativeArea and none can be repeated. The trick is to keep your
schema deterministic.
