That is the test of the opt-out.  At what point did he opt in?

That's the point where under the control you cite (copyright law), there is
infringement.  As we said before, the problem this introduces is cost of the
defense if they look back and say, "Well you didn't object until now so
implicit consent was granted by fiat", and then a Court agrees.

And then we do.... what?

I suspect a simple request to Stylus Studio might take care of the problem,
and if not then a DMCA takedown notice probably would.
