RE: [xml-dev] Any tool to generate xml documents?

Hello,

Sadly, this option generates trivial examples, and cannot be made to generate all/enough/representative/interesting (depending on your schema and your needs) instances.

Or can it?

Thanks.

Shlomo.

It is possible to generate a sample file from a Schema or DTD from
within XMLSpy, just open the Schema/DTD file and select "Generate sample
XML file" from the DTD/Schema menu.

Here is a link to the online documentation for this which includes a
screen-shot of the options,

esamplexmlfile.htm

Feel free to download the software and request a 30 day evaluation
license.

Thanks for replies in advance.
