I read the description but did not find this functionality there. Unless you mean the "... i.e. editors, validators and document generators for a wide range of standard languages corresponding to Web Artifacts taken into account." (from the editor model section).
What does it take in order to generate XML instances of a given schema?

The Eclipse Web Tools platform also has a pretty decent sample instance
generator.
