I know that.  It is just funny that that is the first return from Google and
none on the first page reference OO whatsis except a certain obscure
programming paradigm.  Maybe it is just the brand for a wide-eyed stare.

And Brian Jones is a dead Rolling Stone, not a Beatle.

... although Brian-from-MS rates very high in the "Brian Jones" search so
maybe he gets first dibs after dead guitarists drowned by their gardeners.

Silly time... should we be asking Google not to watermark the beaches off
Puerto Rico on their maps?  After all, copyrights for the Atlantic are

Trademark is by category.  With few exceptions, you can have the same 
brand in different category (hence the fight, but coexistence of Apple 
Computers and Apple Music (i.e. Beatles)).  Listing names are not
